Setting your own standards

I was coaching someone yesterday and we were speaking about boundaries and setting up your own standards..

So important! It seems simple, but still..

What are the rules you live by?

Under which circumstances can you function and even better flourish?

Some of my ‘rules’ or standards:

  1. 8 hours sleep per night
  2. I start my day with meditation and often also yoga
  3. I like my morning breakfast afterwards and set up my intentions for the day
  4. It’s Yin & Yang:  next to the yoga I also need to throw out my energy with swimming, surfing
  5. Most important; I listen to my own body and energy

So what are your standards? Where do you live by?
