Sooooo lots is happening in the world right now. Almost all governments encourage us to protect ourselves from the outside. By keeping distance, wearing masks, closing borders, etc.

We are not against that. But wouldn’t it be better to protect ourselves from the inside? And not just now, but for a longer period?

Get coaching from Natasha Smit

Natasha Smit is a Peak Performance Coach who inspires women and men to live a life full of passion, to live healthy, do lots of sports and to live up to their fullest potential.

Natasha is a successful entrepreneur who holds inspirational events all over the world. She has a Bachelor and Masters degree in Sociology and played water polo for the Dutch national team.

She has been surfing for 20 years and has been teaching surfing for more than 10 years. After teaching surfing in France, Morocco and Holland, she created her own surfschool Tasha’s Surfcamp. With this company she organizes surf & yoga travels all over of the world.

Natasha was able to manifest her dream life next to the beach after learning tools that enabled her to step into the most powerful version of herself.

Today Natasha is passionate about helping her clients to live a healthy and passionate life, to overcome their limiting beliefs, and to connect to the best version of themselves.

In her personal life Natasha loves to surf and sail and to spend time with her friends on the beach.
